In an anonymous hotel room, Maeve Johnson and Eva Priečková invite you into an intimate performance that explores erotic somatics, touch, kink practices, dance, and experimental empathy. The boundaries between self and other begin to blur as movement, sensation, and imagination create a shared space of intimacy. As you step inside, you join a close group of strangers, their bodies brushing against yours in the tight space. Together, you watch the two performers as they move, breathe, and explore one another.
The atmosphere is charged with erotic tension, and you find yourself becoming part of the unfolding scene. The proximity of others heightens your senses, pulling you into the complex dynamics of arousal and observation. As the performers engage in acts that blur the lines between the intimate and the performative, you are invited to confront your own reactions: Is this arousing? Are you turned on right now? Is it okay to feel that way? Are we together or are we alone? Can we truly be together, as a body among other bodies?
How to participate?
The performance challenges traditional notions of spectatorship, asking you to navigate your own desires and the ethics of watching. It becomes an exploration of the blurred spaces between private and public, self and other, and the intricate dance of connection and vulnerability.

The performance involves close proximity with other bodies in a hotel room setting but does not include physical interaction with any other bodies. Due to the confined space there is the possibility of bodies brushing against each other. Audience members will be visible to both other audience members and the performers; the work explores themes of eroticism, intimacy, and kink practices. If you feel uncomfortable due to any of these circumstances at any time we would invite you to opt out and leave the performance without worrying about causing a disturbance. We will very much be happy with you looking after your own needs and boundaries.
